Hello, not played since the end of July on your server, after a while decided to go and play. Trying to go, I realized that the password I do not have. Restored password through the site using your email. Going into the game I saw that my character someone played. Wanted to write a report about this, but this afternoon and even gave a ban account. Why gave the lock for my account ?

Your account became compromised and the rules on this server state that any compromised account is banned. For all they know you could be account sharing (not saying you are)
