Character: Enyi afk BG

Greetings GM,

My guildie Enyi Human warrior was booted after a stretch of afk inside alterac valley today. She was alt tabbed out to answer emails, and coming back every few minutes to tab on the keyboard to reset the afk status. She was inside AV for an hour , then afked out to hand in a korrak quest, did some work, and went back in after deserter status was cleared. And then after she went in, she started afking in near the starting point and proceed with her alt tabbing. Around half an hour later after a bunch of alt tabbing(she couldn't recount how many, but it was an interval of 3 or 4 minutes each time), she found her self disconnected, and saw the ban message when trying to reconnect.

She didn't notice any tells from GMs, and she didn't get summoned to the GM island as well for interrogation. during this half hour, she did accept group invites from sunstreaker for dungeon reset purpose.

When she logged in via the web portal, there wasn't any message displayed after a successful log in, so we were wondering if this was a temp ban, and for how long?

She apologises for being afk inside a BG, and we'd like to clarify that she did afk, but it was done manually via alt tabbing!

Could you let us know how long would her temp ban be? We'd like to stress that her afk was not done via botting. Thank you for reading this appeal!

The account associated with that character has been permanently banned for botting. We have a zero-tolerance policy for these kinds of violations.
