Perma ban

Hey there, so I logged on my account where I keep all stuff like herbs and skins and all that fancy stuff. Casually tried to offer item for sale on trade chat(was not spamming, doing it like every few hours) and got disconnected. When tried to log back in I got message that my account was perma banned.

So then I re-read terms of use, and seems like I was eithe botting or selling gold etc...
