Bank-account Ban

Hi everyone

We create an "Bank-account" for our guild last day. But this morning, this account was permanently ban, without warning. We check the term of use and see nothing about a bank-character restriction. Is this a mistake ? Or could you explain what we missed ?

If you have multiple people logging on to one account, that is against the ToU as it would be considered account sharing. That's probably why it got banned.

we need a character name to work with. And yes, account sharing is not allowed:

You may not purchase, sell, gift, share, lend or trade any account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift, share, lend or trade any account, and any such attempt will result in an immediate account closure.
