account banned need review

Hi,
My character has been permantly banned for unknown reason. I did not do any thing that against the rules of this server like "forbidden gold transcation", "botting" or anything else. So please review the case as I really didnt do anything forbidden.

If you log onto the website with your details it will tell you the reason why your account is banned (If it is)

Ya I logged into the homepage and it only said the account has been permantly banned without a reason.
