Hello, I'm writing for a friend who has some trouble logging in. He has been inactive for about a month, and forgot the password for his account. He therefore tried a number of different ones, until he received a message that his account had been closed. I told him that his account wasn't banned, but just temporary disabled cause of too many incorrect logins, and he should wait until the next day and try again.
Now 12 hours later he tries again (with that password that he's almost certain is the correct one), and it still tells him the same message. Can you please check if the account has been disabled in any way?
