Perma Ban Breakinn

Hi my Character name is Breakinn, i have to admit to afking in bgs few times, but now i just came back disconnected, i then tried to log back to get informed that my account has been perma ban. i was not using any bot or software that was taking control the game. i was just coming every 3-4 min to press spacebar. after reading your terms of use i saw that my offense was categorized in the warning section which i never got (any warning or such)... im asking for a little bit of consideration since i have alot of hours been put in the game and i can understand a reasonable punishment 1-7days not perma ban..
plz get back to me asap

Your account has been banned for anti AFK bot/program/addon. Ban is permanent and will not be lifted.

i had an created something that wasnt computer related and it was pressing spacebar on a timer (every 1 min). it was no software, script, bot addon. and tbh i dont see anything in you terms of use related to that except maybe afking in bgs which is again a minor offense. and no warning was giving. going perma ban is kinda harsh

It's still considered botting.

There's quite a few more, and a GM directly said in one (that I cannot find at the moment) that anything that constitutes the character not being played by an actual player to be botting, and bannable.
