Banned after hacker stolen all golds

When I tried to log in, I found my password is not correct. Then changed by email, logged in, found my character was in stormwind, all cash gold about 300 gone, all items which can sell in package were cleared. I tried to report inside game and through the BUGTRACKER, but failed.

I do not want my gold back, please kindly track where the gold go, then give punishment to that character.

When we were playing, my game quite and can not log in again. I came to website, found my account was banned, then by the instructions come to here look for help.

I think game master can track the golds, please give punishment to hacker. I will be appreciate if can return my gold back. And if ok please free my Monpa. I still want to play this one.
