Unable to Connect? Account Closed?

Hello.

I've made a thread about this a while ago but it was closed and I still haven't found a solution. Long story short, I tried logging on one morning but during the login screen it went straight to "unable connect" and "this account is closed." I've tried logging in on the site and it doesn't say I'm banned. A GM also confirmed that my character "bathsheeba" and its account hasn't been banned and he told me to check the stickys and I still haven't found a solution. I've tried reinstalling and deleting caches/wtf/wbd.

I'd suggest trying to change your account password via the "Forgot password" mechanism. Go to the main Nostalrius login page en.nostalrius.org, click "Login" at the top, and click on "Forgot your password?"

If you do this, make sure you don't use more than 15 characters for the new password.

I didn't see in your other thread whether you had tried that, so it's worth a shot.

Hey I actually just tried that and it worked! Thank you much I hope everyone else who has the same problem tries this out as well.
