hey, how's it going?

The other day i made a bank character with what i thought was a rather amusing name(Cronicwanker).
he was banned soon after arriving in Orgrimmar.
I'm hoping I could get a ban repeal and a clear explanation of what the true boundary's for character names are.

Note that case resolutions are in accordance to consistent and principled policies which are considered final when issued.
