[Denied] Permabanned Request

hello to whoever,

I got banned in like late april/early july or something like that on my character Souled (undead lock) on the pvp server. Since I have made a new account and followed all the rules and what-not.
Anyways I am interested in leveling a warlock again on the same server, and was wondering if you could delete the character from the banned account so I can reuse the name. All the characters on the account preferably, as I used all my original character names.
