Havent logged in for a while. Now my Chars are gone :/

I havent been into the game for a while. Took a break because of work and the pains leveling when not being able to kill anything without 500 folks around. now i came back and was ready to keep my leveling going but my characters seems to be gone. Could you help me out with this? /kali

p.s.
make sure ur loging into the correct server...
there's now a pve and a pvp server on nost and you might be actually loged into the one u have no characters on...
