Ban bot? not bot!

Hello my character was banned for the use of bot. The day I bought a Razer Orbweaver Elite Mechanical Keypad and play with the settings, there is a function remembering pressing may be the case in their system and thought I was a bot. I just do not know how to prove to you that I am not guilty, is it necessary to prove to you that I am guilty?
