At first, when I try to log in, it writes "unable to connect". On my second try it tells me it is unable to access it and go to wow-europe.com to remove the ban. I don't know from where does this wow-europe comes, I have correct realmlist set.

I guess the character name on that account is rogue in his 40s(level), called Anausalb. I don't remember if I deleted or not, but that's the character. The account is mine for sure, but as this character is not on my second account, it is on this one then.

The account associated with character Anausalb has never been banned. Please try the solutions in the sticky thread. Also be sure that you use the correct credentials.
