Account issues #2

Thank you for the thread https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=26357 closure, it really helps not to multiply trash on this forum.
But lets continue our interesting discussion. I'm just speak here for some time, unfortunately I can't aware people who are actually playing because this forum thread is only for those who have already been in trouble.
First of all, on ToU there aren't any world about the fact that "we will not warn u before the perm ban". There are "A last warning is given before a permanent ban". I'm trying to tell that your rules are "a bit" unfair and rely on GM honesty and their interpretation of them. (a very nice example of unclear ToU can be found here https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=18123)
I'm not a bot and I don't use them. The question is how could I approve this? The answer is in no way. But, in fact, what did we expect from a pirate server, really?
I even don't know what character is accuse of botting and why. One day I was blamed for multiboxing just because I was playing with a 50+lvl level char in the Barrens (actually this was my boyfriend who was trying to help me quicker levelup my new tank character because of tank lack at our guild). Very nice isn't it? There were a tons of times when he follow me (another char) to inst or q locations because he was afk doing some coffee. And you know what? There were a plenty of times when I was warning not to do so because we could be banned. I know, it was just players but, I suppose, those players do a reports and then there are a problems.
But it was only lyrical digression, lets return to the ban.
I'm fishing aproximately from the 35 lvl, now I'm ~59 it is 24 levels epic of horse farm. And I didn't even succeed 30% for it. It is "a very interesting" process that is why the most of the time I have a minimal resolution WOW window plus alt-z hiding interface and muting all channels while I'm workin\chatting\surfing the web and swapping between windows to catch a fish. Is this a botting??? At the topic https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=26350 there is a nice quote:
Any method to prevent AFK'ing - whether it be a program or some physical object hitting your keyboard/mouse, is immediate grounds for a permanent ban

Me as a physical object who is doing fishing for 8 hours (during some freelance work) and after a certain period of time (thanx for the timer on the phone) hitting 2 buttons (click and fish) may be considered as a bot? Nice.
What should I do? I must stop any kind of activity when some players are starying at me (like it was with some tauren the day before a ban)? Or I should reply any odd message in the chat? Take print screen, saying "hello, I'm here"? Or, again the day before ban, I should gank any alli I could saw on my way as they did? Or I must record a video with a background voice "see, now I'm ganked by the alli and could not hit him in response at this very moment, because I need to restore my WOW windows resolution, swap veapons, change fish macro to regular hit... oh, he killed me... but i'm still here xD". Again, I had similar situation with 2 allies some days before. Or I should every 5 mins change my location?
It is not said in the rules, that I must be totally watching on the game process during my farm without taking my eyes from the wow screen. It is not a BG or Inst when such carelessness could lead troubles to the team or final score.
I couldn't get at all. I'm not assured from the similar situation in future and no one is.
-----
Thank you for reading this. It was just a cry from the heart, because I realize that this couldn't change anything.

They don't just guess at whether or not you are running an anti afk program, or any other kind of bot. You may be claiming, as have so many others, that you were just tabbing out and coming back every few minutes to hit a button and keep from afking. But if that keystroke hits at the same exact interval, to the milisecond, thats impossible for a human to accomplish and they know you would have to have been using some form of automation. They have the ability to review stuff like thatfrom their side.
I'm not saying that's what happened with you, but rest assured, they aren't just randomly picking people and banning them without cause. They want people to play here. That's the entire point of this project. But you have to follow the rules.

Also, as has already been pointed out in your other thread, no warning is ever given for the most serious violations of the ToU. Botting is in that list.

Following a character isn't against the rules.
Following one from the same computer while leveling is.

Yes it is possible for them differentiate between same IP and same computer.

If you read through other ban appeals, they all sound the exact same. "Oh it was my brother, my friend, my boyfriend. "

The simple answer is that even Blizzard doesn't disclose any information about bans.

And that alt+z hidden interface didn't notice my surroundings is the lamest thing I've ever read.
