Just inquiring a reason on why my account was banned, I don't think I went out of the ToU by any of these steps but maybe a GM can shed some light? All I was doing was running to the fishing trainer in org, showing someone who never played before how to fish... I did put a guild recruit ad up in chat but that's only once every 5 minutes or so.

Just wondering what I did in that scenario that would get me banned? Either way character name is Sofakingkewl and if I could get any light shed that would be great.

EDIT: I was reading through a couple of banned issues regarding exactly the same detail as this, I suppose the consensus is that when you're level 5 or 6, you can't say much in trade or general and what not. People were telling me it's been getting tweaked to actual bots and what not.
