Banned for nothing ?

Hello, I just created account this day and played it for a while. Lvl 6 Undead Priest and i just asked in the chat about professions and someone replied and i tried to type and bam i was banned...

I would like to get unbanned, because I did not break any rules in the game or at least know which one.
