Account banned

Hey guys, I logged in today shocked to find out that my account was banned, I just leveled up to 40 and was really starting to enjoy this game, is there any review process? I have no idea why this has happened :/

Is there anyway you guys can double check your investigation/review? I'm certain I didn't do anything against the rules, all i've been doing is leveling up and occasionally playing with my friends.

It just occured to me that earlier this week i mysteriously received gold in my mailbox for no reason, i thought it was mistakes but ofc i took it anyway, maybe thats why?

There MUST be a way for you guys to check that I didnt do anything shady right?

If you are telling the truth (on these forums, that has been historically unlikely), then this really vindicates my decision to hit return on a gold donation one of my stream viewers sent me in the mail a few months ago. Don't do anything that remotely risks a ban. Ever.

The scary thing is, it seems as though if someone really wanted to, they could fake this scenario and get someone they don't like banned...

so if someone sends you gold in the mail, you will just get banned?

if lets say a twitch viewer donates some gold, you will be banned?
