[Review | Approved] Account banned>?

Hello, My account was recently banned a few hours ago after a D/C, I was running in red ridge on my hunter Vindicate and lagged out while being attacked, after a while I died while still lagging out, the game then caught up, dragged my corpse all the way back to where i first pulled aggro, and fell through the world, I D/C at this point. Logging into my account on the website shows its banned. Ive searched forums and tried various reinstalls, iprenews, moving my install directory, changing realmlists and nothing helps. Please help me to get online again. Thanks in advance.

Case resolutions are in accordance to consistent and principled policies which are considered final when issued. Processing cases that has already been concluded keeps the Nostalrius staff from processing other users' urgent support requests. If a user repeatedly creates multiple tickets and/or threads regarding the same closed issue, or otherwise misuse the respective system, they will be asked to stop, and if ignored, they will receive a sanction on all their account(s).
