Account Banned or Password changed ?

Hello Nostalrius GM's,

Recently (about 3 days ago) I noticed that I couldn't log in to my account and it always says "unable to connect", so I guess it's either banned or someone somehow changed the password because he has access to the account ?

So First I'd like to know if it's banned and what the reason would be (or simply check if it was a mistake? ) and second, I'd like to know if the password has been changed by someone and how I could revert it ?

Your account is not banned and your five characters are still there. It also hasn't been logged on to in a while so this looks like a honest case of Internet trouble instead of anything nefarious. Please check our sticky threads for further assistance.
