Account Ban Review - Character Darthsidius

Hello Nostalrius Team,

After taking a lengthy break from Nostalrius, I have returned to find my account permanently banned. From what I recall, the source of my ban was my involvement in AFK activity in Alterac Valley. I apologize for these activities which are against the Nostalrius rules, and I was hoping I could possibly have the account restored?

They don't hand out permanent bans for going afk in bgs. They do give them out for running anti afk programs though. They do not reverse confirmed offenses.

I see..thanks for the reply. From what I remember I was just jumping in place in AV for a long period of time but never used any programs. Is there a chance to restore the account based on this offense? I regret having done it and clearly it wasn't worth the few points of extra rep

Well I expressed regret and apologized, so if you choose to interpret it at its worst I can't change that. But if Nostalrius has a means to check my playing records, I actually contributed positively to nearly all of the BGs I participated in; it was one AV that I decided to AFK through and I seemed to pay the price for it. I'm not hoping to ruin anyone's game, just want to see if there's a possibility of restoring the account. If it can't be done, I'll move on!

The account associated with the character Darthsidius has been permanently banned for botting. This bot was used for the purpose of preventing AFK in a battleground. The offense was confirmed by staff, and the sanction will not be lifted.
