Surprise perma-ban

Hello GM team,

I was playing on the Nostralius PvP server with my character Kezrik (lvl 24 troll mage)
I disconnected from the server and tried to log back in only to find my account had been permanently banned. I haven't received any complaints from either players or members of the GM team and to my knowledge I haven't broken any of the server rules. I assume the most likely cause for my banning is some kind of bug, because I can't think of any rules that I broke (apart from engaging in the crime that is barrens/stonetalon general chat)

Really hope to hear back from you soon as I love this server and what you guys are trying to create here and I just want to be a part of it again.
