Banned soon after start ...

Hello,

Me and my friend have been banned after playing for just an +- 1 hour.

I was banned first after asking on trade chat for a social/leveling guild. My friend was banned right after me, propably because she asked why i got banned on stormwind chat... Whats going on here ? ... We cant talk on chats or something before a specific level ?

Perm bans, character names - Seiten and Myene, alliance side.

Please solve this asap
