Can someone check the Ban of my account, please.

Hi there. Can someone please reconsider if I really deserve a ban for my actions?

Two days ago I was on my lvl 3 dwarven priest Sybila in Nostalrius Begins (PVP) server in Coldridge Valley area. I guess some warlock spawned Infernal in the middle of camp with quest NPCs and it kept killing newbies and NPCs around. I waited there for about 15 minutes hoping if would despawn but no such luck.
So I relogged into my other character (Ardea or Radburn, I am not sure which one) parked in Ironforge and tried to write into General chat if someone couldnt kill it. The game told me that my level is not high enough to write into General chat. So I tried to wrote into Trade chat and .... BOOM! Permanent Ban since. I guess there are some really REALLY strict rules about writing into chats on this server.

Do I really deserve such harsh punishment for this? Could this be viewed any way else that I was actually trying to be helpful to others and not some game cheater/racist/gold-seller and other scum that actually deserves ban?

I am new to this server and I would really like to play here (It even looks like there is some Czech comunity here. Sweet.). Can some GMs review my case and Un-Ban my account, please?

Don't worry it's just the new spam filter banning everyone in sight, they will unbann you
