Hi Mate,
i need explanations for the banning of my account.
Nathrizyr has not did not give a complete answer and he dont reply at the PM.
I invested so much of that character, i have spent so much time in AH.

I started to make business immediately, with the help of a guild member, and sometimes even gives me a hand.
i though it was clean......

I started a new account (and really, i dont like start again....) and i did an internal investigation with my guildmates. My first friend in the guild wasnt clean... his money is not clean.... now he sold the account, in fact, he isnt unreachable about 3-4 days.

Now i understand your decision, i understand now why he could occasionaly to give me some stuff.
But a ban without a warning isnt correctly. A warning to alert the character (bank-char: Lotarol) isnt clean it is the minimum to do.

i'm interested to have back my account. if you want to take the all gold, i'm not happy but i accept this.....but to think to lose tons of hour to make another time fishing and a high level, is a mental suicide.

This time i want to speak with a real GM, open to dialogue. Not a unresponsive rookie.

PS: howerver the main account of my guildmate (was sold) is still open....altough banned then is a rip off for another poor naive.

First off, please note that us GMs, as well as a majority of the staff, do this on a volunteer basis simply for the love of the game and helping people. Secondly, note that we DO have real life obligations and can't be around 24/7 to answer your questions. You never replied to your original thread with any questions, and I have not answered any PMs as of late. In fact, I have not been as active as I'd like to be.

Now, on to the basis of your case. Your ban was confirmed by an administrator, as you were sending scam COD mails to other players. Feel free to open another account and follow our Terms of Use going forwards.
