Good day! I know that my account have been banned for the so called "botting". However, I did not use any software and/or other persons to play on Nostalrius nor do I have any forbidden software on my PC. The thing is, my apartment got powered off and therefore my PC went offline. It seems to me that the NPC I was killing at that time died while I was offline, so your tracking software assumed that I was a bot. I assure you that it's not true. Please, track my issue again, check behavior logs and reconsider your decision. Thank you in advance.

hmm it's not the first time someone reports getting banned for botting after a power cut off

however this is really unlikely to be a false positive as the client doesn't send any information to the server anymore in that case

Someone reported same issue yesterday - it turned out to be same person posting same problem twice, so I doubt this is a common problem really.
