Lots of accounts have banned

Dear GM:
we are from the pve sever. our guild is Helloween.
this evening, when our guild member log in there character, they found that have banned.
i asked them weather break the nostalrius rules.
the answer is no!
as u know, we have to use proxy to log in nostalrius, so maybe the proxy lead to the wrong permanetly ban.
they are not good at english, so i post this topic to ask for help.
check it please, maybe the ban is wrong.

These bans were indeed a mistake that may have been caused by the proxy your are using.
