Banned but no idea why ?

Hello there,

I've been offline for a couple of days due to my busy timeschedule.
I've read the sticky, but i have no idea why i was banned nor do i see a reason applied to my account anywhere?
I just start playing a couple of days ago, what the hell is going on ?

Evalura is my character name on the pvp nostalrius begins.
Also i see some people posting some stuff about proxy's, i don't know what that is, and i have no idea if this is somehow turned on or whatever if that is causing the trouble?
