Banned for trying to fix my trade chat organization

Hey there!

The account ban isn't devastating, I'll just create a new one and move on if no one can help me, but I feel its worth the post anyways. I believe the reason I was banned was because I was playing around with organizing my chats, mainly trying to put trade chat in a separate window and what not. I did a lot of /2 and /leave 2 and /join trade, never actually typing anything into the chatt. I then was just kicked off my account and popped onto the website to see I was banned.

I was playing on my character Partzle, who was level 5. I've only put about 10 or so hours in across all my characters, so like I said, its not devastating. I'd just be a little sad to miss out on the account and character names I nabbed! Hopefully its not a big deal and can just be reversed.

Using chat as low level can cause false bans, so you should avoid chatting until you are 15ish.

GM's will lift the ban once they see your post.
