Banned account once upon a time

So, hello there. My account was banned in a weird way, back in the time. You can see the post I made back then here: https://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=45&t=4386

I left after it happened, and just decided to come back to the server.

What I am asking is not an unban, as the account itself doesn't have much in it, except the names I've saved, which is what I am more interested in. (if I could get an unban, it would make things way faster and easier of course)
So, is there any possible way of getting my names back? Particularly of the names.
If you could help me with that, I'd be very thankful.

The ban on your account was not done by an automated system, but a GM. They verified you as using hack tools to gain an advantage over other players. The account will remain permanently banned. We do not free up character names from inactive or banned accounts.
