I'm not sure why my account was ban, I think I may have been lumped in to the gold trafficking sweep that has gone on. I move gold and items around on my characters and mules, it's a bit of an obsession really. I buy, sell and trade using the AH and trade channel like all other players. I never have broken the Nostalrius terms. Please review my account as this must be an error.

I failed to mention I'm the GM of a PvP guild who sells in game services to other players in the form of pre-made battlegrounds spots, similarly to how PvE guilds sell in game raid items for gold. I assume this is not against the terms as their advertising is all over the nostalrius forums. Perhaps this could be the explanation for any gold or item transactions on my account? I'd be happy to explain this in more detail with a GM. I assure you absolutely no items, gold or services have been purchased with any currency or service outside of the game.

Just want to bump this, I know there is a lot of posts and I don't want mine to get over looked. I'm also currently in game on an alt named "kasualty" if a GM would like to discuss this matter in "person."

False. Here is the entry you are saying I'm in violation of:

Nostalrius Begins does not condone the trade of virtual goods or services appearing or originating from the Game, or any other attributes associated with an account or any component thereof for real money, or exchange those items, currencies or services for value outside of the Game. Nostalrius staff reserves the right to close any account involved in such transaction.

This is flat our wrong. Never once has my account been involved in a transaction for " real money, or exchange those items, currencies or services for value outside the Game." Every transaction or trade has been for items or services for in-game only and I'm willing to sit down with a GM and go through every trade and service. I'm willing to bet you haven't gone to this extent or even realize the situation.

I said I provided an in-game service for in-game gold. No different than players getting paid gold to open the UBRS door. Or these many guild posts selling an in-game raid service to give items to players:

This is a completely unfair ban and I plead with you to reconsider. I never broke the rules here, and judging from your terms of use, I still haven't. If you have any more information or anything that undoubtedly shows I broke the terms, please present them.

I never sold or bought any service or gold in-game for real money. All trades and transactions were for in-games services, like I explained, players paid gold for a spot in our pre-made battleground groups. I never asked them where they got their gold from, nor would I care (most didn't even speak English and I used a translator). But if somehow my account was involved with a transaction relating to gold trafficking, I had no knowledge of it. I simply offered an in-game service for in-game currency and it has never gone beyond.

kásual was my character and guild master of Gvillains. We brought 20 or so players back to the game to PvP on this server. We've sold spots (for in game gold) in our pre-mades in retail and had no idea (and still don't believe) it is against the terms of use here on Nostalrius.

Please reconsider this ban or direct me to someone else who can help or I can speak with regarding this matter. I never had a single warning on my account and I want to continue playing on Kásual as I'm enjoying my time here. I knew there are general risks with playing on a private server but I've done everything legit and under your terms of use.
