Account missing?

My character Laelith seems to be missing from my account. I'm a bit confused, my boyfriend's character is still on his. My forum name doesn't = my username. Was wondering if I could get some help.

give them your character name to work with

but first make sure you're trying to connect to the correct realm, also while the game is closed try deleting your WDB and renaming your WTF folder to WTF_OLD
(you can delete the newly created one later and rename that one back to retrieve interface settings + keybinds)

That is my next question, can you PM which account it is? Because I cannot log onto Bustobrooklyn nor recover my password if its that account. But I can log onto my Yserieh account.

We do not give our account information, including email addresses, usernames, and/or passwords. We do not merge or delete accounts either.

Edit: In addition, look in your WTF/Account folder under your WoW installation to see what account names you have used. They should all be listed there as subdirectories. We do not provide character transfers between accounts.
