bankza Nostalrius Begins PvP account perm ban... ???

Please explain why our account has been banned. Because there's no guild bank in vanilla we've made additional account to use it as guild bank. 2-3 days ago i logged into this account to clean some mess with items, probably to make few bags if needed... etc.. After switch to 3rd or 4th character account has been banned... LOL? All chars are at 1st lvl. Could You be so nice and unban this account? Maybe some advice how to not get banned in the future will be helpfull. Only one thing i have in my mind... i didn't logged off from my main account at the same time but i'm not sure if it's enough to get banned...

You said "our" account. Account sharing is against the ToU so if multiple people log in to that account that would be problem number one. If someone added gold that came from RMT to your shared account, that's problem 2. Either of those is enough to get the account perma banned so hope that isn't the case

In fact GL and officers got acces to this account. We're not selling gold and don't want to do anything against rulez. WE are using this account just as guild bank that's all...

That is account sharing, which is indeed bannable. Selling gold has nothing to do with that.

It's just comfortable in case of enchants i.e. GL or other chosen one don't have to be online for this... there's many possibilities. I understand why we need rules but anyway this is private hive and after all this years while playing WOW we still can make (even) vanilla more playable and players friendly. I suppose many guilds got their guild banks so maybe there's a way to not breake rules and help/let us to use guild bank account/characters. Just think about that.

If that really is the reason the account got banned its a pretty innocent one. It is however still against the ToU and they are pretty strict enforcing it lest others start using reasons like this to circumvent the rules. Luckily for you it was a bank and not full of 60's

Every time when ther's a rule, even imperfect it wins with intellect.
So in the name of bureaucracy You ban account instead of to warn us and let us follow the rules in the future.

The Game Master team has very strict policies not to differentiate users or provide special treatment, regardless of the circumstances. The respective account were involved in a infraction that we have a zero-tolerance policy against, which we confirmed had occurred. Whether or not the player(s) that shared the account had the intention to abuse/misuse it or weren't aware that account sharing is prohibited, is not something that we take into consideration as sanctions are in accordance to our Terms of Use and it's the players' responsibility to know, understand and adhere to them, ignorance or negligence is not an excuse.
