They aren't going to give you details on how they detect multiboxers. That would be stupid. The only thing that would accomplish is to allow people to more easily circumvent their detection protocols. Especially in the case of someone who has broken this rule on multiple occasions.
Sufficed to say, I'm sure they are able to look at key entries and determine whether they came from the same computer or not. As was already stated, it isn't just the same ip that automatically warrants investigations and bans. If they hold to the standard of any other private server that has a no boxing policy, they most likely watch your activity while playing before any action is taken. And then you get interviewed by a gm.
