What constitutes a forbidden gold transaction? I understand if someone is buying gold from a 3rd party, but what if you have 3 players. A,B, and C
Say player A is the gold farmer. Player B is the person buying gold. Player C is someone else.
Player A sells Gold to player B. Now player C has and item for sale, so player B uses that gold immediately after that to give to player C. Now are all 3 parties involved getting banned? Player C has no knowledge of player B buying gold from A.
Im curious about this because all my interactions with players selling/buying items I do through my bank. So I trade items and gold from the profits back and forth between my main and my bank. If I was banned for forbidden gold transactions for doing so, wouldn't my bank be banned as well since it had the same interaction with me? But in the previous post you said that my bank alt Aromabank was not banned. If you are tracking gold traded from player to player or though the AH, wouldn't any association with that gold be a bannable offense?
But back to the first example. I have borrowed gold from players in my guild to buy consumables for raids and such. So if one of them had bought gold down the line, and then had extra and traded me some to use for a raid does that make me part of the forbidden transaction? I have around 200g in owed gold to guildies.
