I think I was banned from talking in trade...

So I made a new account and asked 1 question in trade and boom instantly banned. I can't log into the account to remember the type of e I used on the name but I believe it is sadiè, level 5 troll hunter. If you could please unban me I would appreciate it. I guess I don't understand why you allow chat at level 5 if you are just going to ban anyone who uses it? When can I safely talk in trade/general chat 10 or 15?

Anywho.... if you could unban me i would appreciate it.
