[Concluded | Invalid] Banned Why?

I was leveling my Dwarf Prozac and then I got disconnected when I attempted to log back in I get account has been banned.

Why? and does this happen often ?

same shit here, was offline a couple of days. Just started out leveling an NE druid. Came back, account banned??? i've filed tickets since over a week ago. Still no response... plus they seem to have removed my tickets.
