Banned No idea why Please help

My character's names are Sorceror and Rejuvijuana on the Pvp realm. I recently fell in love with this server and got into it with my brother. We made characters just to compliment each others. It's one of the only ways we can play together and connect anymore. I would truly like to hear the reason for this ban, as i cannot fathom anything I have done to be in the wrong. I'm only a level 15 on one character so no idea what he could have done. The only reason I ask for a review of the ban is to get it worked out and back online conquering Azeroth with my brother as we once did back in 2006 in Vanilla. Please from a desperate brother. Review this ban.
