Banned or what is happening?

Hello.
I play the Warlock character named Jayza on Nostalrius Begins PvP. I recently returned to the game after a 2 months pause i believe due to IRL stuff and i now find myself unable to login, which is strange because i wrote down my login info from the very first day when i started on this server and now it doesn´t work.
Is my account hacked, banned or something else? I really need help with this.

Thanks for your reply.
So i found the "realmplayers" in the menu and i put in my character name "Jayza". It looks like someone is actually playing on it since it was last seen online 6 days ago and i also see changes in gear. I guess this means that it has been hacked and my login doesn´t work?
is there any way of getting back my account or atleast closing it down so that this guy can´t abuse my account?
