Banned Account

Greetings GM's!

I came home from work and was going to logg online and found out that my account has been perma-banned. I browsed the forums and found out that loads of people got banned for various reasons. However, I'm cuorious of what I did wrong because I accualy dont know.

I got 2 level 60 characters on the same account. I usually send gold between them.. That cannot be anything wrong. Because I earned the gold in a fair way.. I have never bought any gold/boosts. I would never want to risk my account that way.

I'm not uppset or anything, I deeply know that I havent done anything that is not aloud and If so that was realy not my intention. I accualy just came back to the game. Been playing it for a week now. Farming gear in instances to be able to start raiding. I just moved to a new appartment.

I am pretty sure this is a minor mistake, but you can never be 100% sure. Therfor I'm asking.
Is there anyway to get the account back? If I have to relevel a character. I would not like to do the same mistake that I (maybe) just did.

Greetings once again!

Could you please me a little bit more specific of what you mean with gold-trafficing. So I dont do the same mistake on my next account. I am willing to start over again if I did something wrong.
Because honestly I do not know. I never bought gold, not even tought about it and that is an honest awnser from my side.

I respect all your terms of usage. Hopefully I could get an honest reply back of exactly what happend so I could appologise for that and hopefully recive an hourbased ban.

The account contains 2x level 60 characters so I spent quite some time on the account. I show you devs all respect, all I want is some sort of reply instead of an automessage.

EDIT: I read trought the terms of use twice now but I still belive there is some sort of mistake.
- I havent bought any gold.
- I didnt abuse any sort of bug to gain gold.
- In fact I just spent gold this week of gameplay, I didnt farm anything yet.

-One thing that came up my mind from yesterday. A guild was selling Molten Core items for
in-game gold. I didnt bought any (didnt even go there) - Is that bannable? If so that's the only thing
that my mind says I did "wrong". If that's worth a perma-ban. Then I ofc accept it. And relevel...

I like Nostalrius server and got plenty of friends playing here so I'll keep going. Just want an honest
reply of what happend
