Sorry to disturb but I ask for an urgent investigation why my account is banned?(character name Lstory). I'm the RL of my guild, and do the jobs every RLs obliged to do: collecting /purchasing materials all over the world for our raid and all. I'm not sure if any of these transactions being rendered as illegal. However pls be assured there's no way that I could know beforehand. Hope above clarifies and your prompt response is highly appreciated. At last pls do not destroy a guild so easily.

Greetings. This is a little weird. As I explained, I paid gold for herbs, portions and other materials to prepare my guild for bwl.and no money or trafficking involved.may I ask for an actual and appropriate investigation and lift the ban on that basis. Believe you should be obliged to protect the rights of players abiding by the regulation and punish those who violate it.thanks for your assistance.

Players have no rights here, as it should be. You have paid nothing for this, it is completely and utterly free. If the GM's wanted to ban all eleven thousand active accounts right now just because, they'd be completely justified in doing so.

With all due respect.I still appeal for a reveiw of my case, at least some specific info so that i can make decent apology and alert my friends .Recalling what happened recently, I ,as a guild leader, raised some donations from my guild members in preparation of raing BWL(As u can see, the price of herbs and potions is sooooo high that i cant afford by my own. Dose this lead to the perm ban? Please check all the donators are my guild members and friend. we`ve been raing together for a long time and none of them ever bought/sold golds. Thanks very much you can really look into these matter.
