played as usual until yesterday, but when i try to login today it says i got perma banned?
I know you're busy, but could you please have a look?

Hey,

there must be a mistake, the only gold traffic i can think of was between 2 of my accounts. I sent gold from my Bank Sozialamt to my Rogue Yalane (pls check it - you will see that both accounts have almost the same names), and sent it back to Aecia / Sozialamt a few days later.
Other than that no Gold was traded or sent anywhere, i only keep sending Items to my bank alt to sell them from there :/

Could you please investigate this issue?

getting banned is one thing, but only getting a copy & paste answer afterwords feels really bad. I play here for several month and really liked the experience you guys offered so far.

Please .. take your time, investigate the gold traffic on my account thoroughly and check the information i posted above.
