Edit: prior to ban I transferred 200g from my Mage account to this chat to buy stuff from the AH. I can provide these account details to show a full audit of grinding the gold myself, same IPs etc.

Before this I also received in game mail containing items from a random player who I didn't know it had no COD attached so I took the items from the mail and used them. They did not contact me for their return and I didn't believe this was theft as they had posted to me, if they made a complaint I apologise as I didn't think it was against the rules.

Bump - further to my post, if it aids the GMs I can provide details of my accounts I had the gold on, I grinded this in DM East on my mage and pass it to buy AH stuff on my other account.(I also make a small amount handing in BG tokens) It can be fully accounted for, an audit should hopefully show this.

Regarding the in game mail (if this is what got me banned) I had been asking around for boe tanking items, I got sent 2 items in game mail from a name I didn't recognise, the person forgot to attach a COD, so I took them. no one contacted me for their return. I am sorry if this broke the rules and would not do this again, I request an unbanning (or reduced to temp ban if its permanent) and removal of items from the character, I will also refund the sender any gold he lost as a result.

The gold transferred was mine, I spent hours grinding it in DM east. At no time did I buy any gold, can you please investigate it, do you need the account details of my Mage that I grinded the gold on?
