Account banned?

I have been able to play all week until Friday evening I tried logging in after work and I kept getting the error message when logging in: "unable to connect" fast forward a couple hours tried logging in again and got the same error message. Gave up, went to bed and this morning attempted again to the same issue, tried logging in about 10 consecutive times, restarted my computer attempted to login again to the message "this account is no longer active, please contact support. It seems my account has been banned? Although I'm not sure of the reasoning, I haven't done anything wrong. Just curious if I could get some support from the MODs.
