Please check my account banned

Hello GM. Greetings.
MY character name is Urill and Im playing in the PVP server.

Please I wanna know why I got a banned in detail.

In last 2 days, I went to AV for rep. because that time was AV weekend.
I wanted to use unstoppable maul when I be a level 60.

So I played too much maybe 18~20 hours per day and I up my level 51 to 53 in AV and got a almost 30000 rep.
I remember everything what I did.

But today Morning I found out my account has been banned permanently.
Whats going on my account? I never receive any review or any warning.

I just played too long and hard without eating and taking shower.
Is it just reason that I got banned?

But I NEVER used bot. I dont know how to use it and get it.
My guild member can assure that I played by myself.

And your guys can check my playing time per day since when I start this game.
Im a hardcore user and last 2 day I reached lv51 so I played in AV TOO MUCH. Thats all.

What the bot?
If I knew that I were lv60 already and my all profession was full, got a more fast mount.
But I didnt. becuz Im a not botter!
Im just lvl53 warrior and have only 110gold. I started this game 2weeks ago.

So please check again whats wrong.
