"This account has been closed"

Hello there! First of all I want to say thank you very much for all the dedication put forth into this server. It's amazing that there is this many people that want to re-experience World of Warcraft in its hayday. Now, lets get to it!

My first account created is giving me a "This account has been closed" when I try to log in. I have just came back from about a 3 month break in which this account was inactive. I have since then created a new account and a new main, Sykhz and undead Rogue on the PvP server.

I am enjoying my experience still, however I would really like to get things from that account to my now main (ex. gold / crafting reagents / etc.) I had a 42 Human Warrior by the name Thedoors or maybe it was Sykh I cant remember, either way I know both characters are on that account with those names.

If you could please reach out to me and tell me why I'm getting this message and see if there is anyway for me to recover my items / characters since I did put in a lot of hours towards them!
