My bank has been banned

My account "Randombank" has been banned/locked i don't know why and i would like it to be unlocked please.

i would also like to know why this is happening so i can prevent it in the future and save both you and me the time.

Your bank account got probably banned from the automatic anti-goldseller system. You'll also probably get unbanned when a gamemaster reviews your case.

Try to not use any public chat channels until level 15. Also if this is your bank account, level him or another character on this account to 15+.
