Banned account?

Hello! Me and my Fathers is casual gamers playing on both of your servers!
And since today both of us seems to have been Perma-banned from the servers.. Could you please look into this or give us an explanation of why this has occurd?
I've got my main character on the Pvp-server named: Pillebulten
And on the Pve-server my character is called: Pillesnoopen and my Fathers main is called Tuski (On his account!).

Would be nice if you could look into this.
