Auctioneer Ban?

I found today that my account is banned, i dont did anything unlawfull, i just wanted to play on this server with my
friends.
i had like 20gold, didnt recieved any gold trasnfer through mail or trade.
what i did is using actioneer bidding on items and then reselled it on ah.
As far as i know auctioneer is an addon its not prohibited to use it ?
