Hello,

I have been playing for a while on the server and suddenly today my account got closed, is there any reason for this? As far i am concerned i did not do anything wrong .

Could you please give me some feedback about this ban because this really comes out of no where.
My character name is Zirtox.

Hello Beneveal,

Thanks for the quick reply. I did not buy any gold, only yesterday i got a mail with 35 gold from someone i did not know. I actually was happy and thought someone made a typo and sended 35 gold to the wrong person. Is that banable that i accepted that mail?

Or maybe i was not so lucky and someone tried to get me banned by sending the gold on purpose.
If it may change anything i am willing to give that gold i got on the mail to a GameMaster or whatsoever to undo this. I can ensure you i did not/nor ever buy gold from others.

If needed i can provide my paypal + bank statements so i can proof that i did not buy any gold since i started playing on the server.
